Emmanuel and I have worked together in various roles in the IT industry since 2011.
Emmanuel is a natural leader, an educator and a team builder. He has excellent communication skills, and a can-do, positive attitude, which help him connect with people of all ages and skillsets to inspire them to put forth their best effort.
Emmanuel’s skills range from organizing and leading highly technical teams when delivering projects, to educating teams in a particular skillset, to being totally hands on himself.
In the years that we have worked together, Emmanuel has set up teams from scratch, both onshore and offshore, in face to face and remote working setups, to deliver complex IT projects. He has also set up training and education centers from ground up, to train various IT stakeholders in new technologies and fit for purpose architectural standards and patterns. This included everything from designing curriculums, to classroom training, to testing and certifying, as well as getting trainees to work on real business deliverables, so that when they joined particular teams in the organization, they hit the ground running.
