To whom it might concern
Emmanuel and I have been working for the same company for many years, in various areas, working with a range of technologies.
Emmanuel is an excellent leader and teacher, with outstanding people skills. He was responsible for the training center while I was development manager, and trainees graduated, was definitely ready. His success came from a deep technical knowledge and understanding of the content of the course material and the ability to apply it in a practical manner.
He was involved in various development projects, mostly JEE and he is thorough, diligent and focused on finding the most sensible solution for any requirement, applying his experience. He is continually learning and training himself in different technologies.
It always was a privilege to work with Emmanuel.
